Unbaked Yeast Rolls - the reason we have cats

(NOTE: this was received from some friends in Alabama, about their exploits over Thanksgiving. It had Michelle and Eddie in stitches. Enjoy!)

Unbaked Yeast Rolls

Those of you who have animals will probably appreciate this the most. It is a story that is hilarious in itself and the person who wrote it is a good writer and made the story even better. Enjoy...

Happy Spring!

I just wanted to say hello & use the family page! Spring has moments this year of feeling like summer already. I'm hoping the few veggies I planted will be OK from all the rain. Ed also found we have a wild blueberry bush, but all the tiny berries have a hole once they ripen.

Grandma told us at our last visit that Peggy and her girls will be coming east to Rhode Island and may make a stop in CT to visit family!

Have a great day!

Starting Clinical Trial

I'll be starting the clinical trial on September 1st! We are off to Boston for the week Tuesday morning for my first proton radiation session. I hope they let Ed take a picture once I'm all strapped in so I can post it. Wish me luck. I have to go for 30 business days in a row.

Clinical Trial

Just wanted everyone to know that I was accepted into a clinical trial at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston!

Some old, some new

1. The roundest knight at King Arthur's round table was Sir Cumference. He acquired his size from too much pi.

2. I thought I saw an eye doctor on an Alaskan island, but it turned out to be an optical Aleutian.

3. She was only a whiskey maker, but he loved her still.

4. A rubber band pistol was confiscated from algebra class because it was a weapon of math disruption.

5. The butcher backed into the meat grinder and got a little behind in his work.

6. No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationery.

Painting and more painting!

I've been working on the Southeast room to turn into my office! The old wall paper pulled off the paint underneath, oh joy... So, I am priming, then will be spackling (mudding), sanding, priming again, then finally painting. Oh, right, then putting a floor down, moving furniture, computers, etc. Then maybe I can finally finish up my masters!! Yippee!
